The NOTE programme is a joint venture by the European School of Neonatology (ESN) and the University of Southampton. 

The faculty have been delivering high quality postgraduate neonatal education to doctors, advanced neonatal nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health care professionals since 2001 and currently deliver an international Masters (M) level educational programme in neonatology as well as continuing professional development without academic credits.
